[Solved] Display Prices With and Without Tax

Hi,
I am looking for some advice which will allow me to display prices both with and without tax on the homepage and category listings and to say inc Tax and ex Tax after the price.
I have tried to find a suitable extension which would allow me to do this but cannot find one suitable for OpenCart 3.
I can get OpenCart to display including and excluding on the product page only.
It displays on the main OpenCart Demo shop but not with my theme, am I missing something very obvious?
I would like the prices to display similar to this website: https://www.relimobility.co.uk/ or the OpenCart demo shop.
I have tried the theme developer but to no avail.
Can anyone offer advice or point me towards a suitable extension?

you may use special price option to do what you want to do.
you may add special price to all the products without tax. so both will be available at front end.

Thank you for your input but I need the prices formatted as the example website does ie £10.00 ex vat £12.00 inc vat
The special price won't do this

Revert back to the default theme and see if you can reproduce the same issue.

I don't know why these terms are used.
