Hello,
Has anyone actually successfully created an OpenCart 3.0.0 theme?

I've been trying for the last hour & a half to get opencart to recognize a new theme directory & i can't get it to recognize anything other than the default theme, it would be great if someone knew how to actually get OpenCart 3 to recognize a new directory & allow us to create a theme...

I want to open my shop selling digital styles but that's kinda difficult when OpenCart won't recognize a new theme directory, I need to create my theme but can't get OpenCart to cooperate lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

You should upgrade to the latest release of v3.x releases. Lots of bug fixes have been published since.

Please make sure you have set proper permissions on files and folders, so that theme name appear on theme selection list in admin settings

Turns out that's what I'm using, I didn't read the entire version number. I just installed OC last night.

It's a fresh install, There's nothing to refresh..

Permissions are fine, OpenCart said this itself during the install. It's on a Windows localhost, So that's definitely not the issue lol :P

Update;
For some reason you have to open the Theme Editor & edit a template in you're new theme then save it. Only then will OC actually apply the theme... That's dumb, That should get fixed...

Ensure to clear all caches from the admin dashboard - > blue icon on the top-right corner. On a localhost virtual server, it should not be an issue to use the editor of your choice to edit TWIG files when clearing all caches as well in your admin - > extensions - > modifications - > refresh button.
