Gift vouchers not subtracted

hi,
when I put gift voucher code in the order it says OK has been applied (I have it in Czech language so I don't know how it is exactly in English), but the gift value is not subtracted.

Do you use any extensions for this gift voucher or the one from the core?

Yes, I think its core. I have configured it, but it is not subtracting.

If this issue originates from a core total module, I would suggest to upgrade to the latest version of v2.x releases of Opencart to resolve most of the past encountered issues.

That is strange... I made no change and today vouchers are working fine. :-\
