Hi,
I have a 3.0.2.0 installation where I have items in my cart but when I go to the checkout screen all I have is:
Checkout
Step 1: Checkout Options
Step 2: Account & Billing Details
Step 3: Delivery Details
Step 4: Delivery Method
Step 5: Payment Method
Step 6: Confirm Order
I do not get the options for new customer or returning customer just the list above.
I am using the Square payment module and my cart shows items but I cannot get the payment options to show.
I tried setting up flat rate shipping for all Geo Zone and adding the cash on delivery payment module.
Any idea where to look for this?

For the squareup payment method, ensure to have enabled the status in your admin - > extension - > extension - > payment modules. If you did already enabled the module and you still don't see the payment option during checkout, please provide recent error logs activities from your admin - > system - > maintenance - > error log page.

Well, I check the Square module again and it is enabled. I also tried removing it and reinstalling Square.
The error logs are empty.
Any other suggestions before I start a fresh install of the OC3?

If using a custom theme, with installed Squareup extension of course, switch back to the default theme and see if you can replicate this issue. Also ensure your admin - > system - > localisation - > geo zones are defined since you also mentioned issues with your shipping on a previous post above.

So I am using the default theme and checked the Geo zones again.
I did look at the file you sent me to and this does not match my site. I think I need to get a fresh download of the 3.0.2.0 and try a fresh install. i did try replacing the file on my site with the one you pointed me to but that did not fix it. my guess is that other areas may also be affected.
Where would you recommend I download the latest version from?

Apologize. The post right above was meant for another topic solution. However, if you do not see this file above from your store, it means there are missing files in your file server which were probably uploaded over FTP rather than the hosting file manager console. I would then recommend that you deflate the original OC ZIP file from your host file manager console to ensure all folders and files do exists identically.
