Hi,

After months of building my site I've finally started payment testing, but StripePro doesn't process the order.

I've set up the test keys, but nothing works, it just says '...processing'.

Also if I don't tick the 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions' box, on the 'Step 5: Payment Method' of the payment page and click the 'Continue' button, the button just stays on 'Loading...', ticking the box doesn't change the button back to 'Continue'.

Can anyone help out on this problem?

Thanks

Hi,

StripePro seems is payed payment gateway. You need to ask developer what to do?
From another side maybe you use some custom template who can cause this issue. So you need explain more details, when you posting.

Custom OpenCart modules and solutions. You can write PM with additional questions... Extensions you can find here

Enable the debug mode from the StripePro admin payment modules form and re-test an order. Then, once seeing this processing message again, see the error logs from the StripePro admin payment modules page and notice if there are added logs set in that tab.

Contact the publisher of the extension for StripePro in order to troubleshoot this issue. All payment modules should include a debug process whenever troubleshooting needs to be done.

If this is my Stripe Payment Gateway Pro extension, you can contact me at the e-mail address in the extension files for support, or here:

I should be able to help you get it sorted out. If it's NOT my extension, then you should contact the developer of the extension. It's unlikely anyone in the forum is going to be able to assist you with a commercial extension.
