I have updated my store opencart from 2.0.2.0 to 2.3.0.2 successfully. Frontend is working fine but not able to access admin area.
"Notice: Error: Could not load config default! in /homepages/9/d411952847/htdocs/kirkwood/testing/system/library/config.php on line 27"
Getting this error. Is anyone face such issue?

Truncate the setting table from your database and capture the insert queries from your backup database file for the setting table ensuring you are also using the same database table prefix name. Also ensure the default theme folder still exist on your file server on the catalog-end side. This should resolve the issue.
