Hi all, forgive me because I'm new to Opencart and come from SharePoint. Why is my admin interface different. I have menus along the top and not the left. Why and how do I get the menus at the left?

You're running an older version of OpenCart. OpenCart switched to Bootstrap in v2.x, which is when the left menu was introduced.
