Does 3.0 Opencart versions fully support SSL for ALL pages?

I am using 2.2 OC, and tried to set all pages to use SSL, but while it worked on homepage, it did not work on pages more then one level "deep"in hierarchy -

Does the 3.0 versions of Opencart fully support having SSL for ALL pages, even ones more then one level deep.
example: mydomain/category/product.

just change your config.php from http:// to https:// should work
