remove tax from specific payment method

hello,
is this a way to remove tax from specific payment method in my case:
i want to remove tax from bank transfer method and add it on delivery payment method for all geo zones ?

By default it's not possible, only through a custom extension.

You could use Simple Payment Fee or Payment-Based Fee/Discount to offset the tax amount using a discount, when someone chooses Bank Transfer. If that's not sufficient, you can restrict the "Taxes" line item itself (so it's hidden when choosing a particular payment method) by using Ultimate Restrictions. That should get the effect you want.

If you want to do it using Ultimate Restrictions, you add a restriction like this:
