Can't access orders in admin

Hello, i have an big problem, i've installed an shipping courier module (i have copy all the file (not vqmod folder) like admin, catalog, etc folders to hosting, just copy-paste), than i have install vqmod file from "extension".The courier module appears in the admin menu, i can acces it, can set price, etc.But after that, i can't acces orders client, i see them in the orders menu and in the main page admin, but when i clicked on them i received a blanked page (with HTTP ERROR 500).I try to uninstall courier module from admin menu, but the problem didn't soved.What can i do to solve the problem, maybe to return at the begining before i try to install that module (because i don't do a backup)?.

i try to see what is in the error journal, and i see some error there, like:

If i try to open "vq2-catalog_controller_account_order.php " and read the line 7, 8, 9 it's show like:
$this->data['traking_model'] = $this->model_module_dpd_shipment_tracking;
$this->data['url'] = $this->url;
$this->data['language'] = $this->language;

There, in line 7 i see "model_module_dpd_shipment_tracking" wich is exactly the module i have installed, so how can i return to old settings?
