Customers details visible to other customers

Hi,

We've just recently updated our opencart store to 2.3. Everything seems to be going well but we have had a couple of customers contact us saying they can see other customers details at the checkout page. We've also had one order come through with the developers name and address in place of the real customers (presumably from testing).

Obviously this is breaching all sorts of data protection laws, has anyone else had this experience? How do we fix it?
