Tax has stopped working

The tax charge has disappeared from invoice, anyone else have this problem?

What have you installed or changed recently? That thing you did and think couldnt possibly be the reason, it most likely is.

Tax is working, one of the items in the cart was set for no tax, this made the whole order no tax.
