Epay Payment Custom module for Open Cart 3x

Hello everyone i might need your help on this one !

I have a Epay Gateway that i would like to implement on my test site, but then thing is Epay is not a preinstalled Payment method in OC 3X ( running 3.0.2)

Epay stopped developing for OpenCart 3x their latest is 2.2 so here i am, i need to manually put in this Payment Method i have their documentation, but where do i start ? how can i add my own custom Epay Payment method ?

Any help highly appreciated.
