Settings tab not visible on fresh installation of Opencart 3.x

Hi,
I have an issue post fresh installation, where my setttings menu are not visible in the control panel. Do assist on this! PFA for snippet.

Well, the french Language is not a DEFAULT Part of OC, you should therefore
better get in touch with those, who have created it, to assist on this
