Hi all
I have a store which hosts students, and i would like to let them update their own profile(product) when they earn new skills etc.
So i let them edit the products and nothing else, only problem here is they can edit other products (students)
So is there a way to set up a rule that they only can edit there own profile(product)?
How are you associating a student with a product in the first place? Seems like Opencart might not be what you need maybe?

In case you need Opencart to actually sell products, you can still achieve what you need with students, with a custom extension designed for that purpose. So, its not impossible, just requires some work. Wordpress for example might be best suited if you just need to add students, but then again, I dont know exacly what you are looking for.
