Store Credt not applying to Total balance

Hi Guys

I'm having an issue with store credit not being subtracted from the total. It's a new install on Version 2.1.0.2. The Store Credit is enabled in Order Totals and i can't think of what might be stopping it.

Any ideas for what else i can check?

I installed it via my hosts installatron as I've always found it easier.
