Members to sell goods

Hi.
As I just noticed only the admin can sell goods on here as I do not see anywhere for new members to be able to post goods for sale.
Is there a module that integrates this or does some one know if it can be done at all please. Otherwise this script (as good as it looks) I cannot use it for my needs.

It is possible through an extension only.
