Have a user group where some things are checked off and when viewing the orders page i'm seeing a "Permissions Denied" section, but when i view the same order page as an admin the same spot that is being denied, there is nothing there. No new section or anything.

Is this a bug or ?

well, since no-one else would know, how you have set up your System, it would
only be guessing in the dark, even unaware if, what Software and/or Extensions
you have installed. And BUGS should ONLY be posted in this Section here, if one
is sure, to really have found a Bug, and not only have created one ... ;)

Thanks for your response ip_cam,

Seeing as when i view the section and getting 2 different results on the same section i figured it could be a bug, hence why i posted here.

I was waiting for a response from someone who may be able to take a look for me so i can grant them access to see if it was user error or in fact something with OC.

i know i restricted some areas but they're the extensions section that i don't believe affect the sales portion, but i could be wrong.

Going to repost this i guess on the gen forums.

I solved this issue just a few days ago.

The javascript on that page calls up extension/openbay and updates something. I'm not entirely sure what it's doing, or whether it is an error, but that is the issue.

The solution is give the user group 'access' to extension/openbay.

you sir are 100% correct!

Updated the access and sure enough that perm denial is gone....makes no sense to me either but THANKYOU for solving this!

Much appreciated :)
