zipPay integration

I am trying to work out if there is an 'automatic' way to do refunds through zipPay (payment plan extension) or does this have to be sorted out by the admin and zipPay?

Can I ask ...how did you get ZipPay installed and integrated? I contacted them earlier in the year and they said nothing was available for Opencart?

I had our developer integrate it but we are still working on the refunds and webhook
