orders -> History - > notify Customer

2 issues:
orders -> History - > notify Customer
i check notify Customer and go to 'add history' button -> sometimes it's working sending ticket to the customer, sometimes not working..
i have same issue with products, I have all products in English and I translate all to Spanish articles,
now i go to catalog - products -> Espaniol - sometimes i manage to add the article and save sometimes, i cannot and i get forbidden 403

any ideas

this would take an inside look at your setup, to find out, what and how you
have all his working, in the first place, everything else is just warm Air.
This, since since no-one even has an idea, what you use, how you use it,
and where it's placed. Therefore, you would require Pro-Support, if you
need assistance on such.
