I've purchased and installed module on Version 2.0.3.1, but it doesn't work.
Not added Gift Wrapping Service to Checkout shipping page.
Gift Wrapping Total activated.
Please help

And how we could help you without looking into your issue? "It doesn't work" means absolutely nothing to any developer. You should always describe your issue, if you want to get some help in return.
