Problem with (VAT)-prices in shoppingcart

Hi all,

First of all, sorry for my bad post last time. I wanted to edit it after I posted but I couldn't find how.

I'm quite new to Open Cart and I hope you can help me out on a problem I have now.
General information:
Version: OpenCart 2.3.0.2
Template in use: Journal2

I have the following setting in my shop:
- Show prices including tax: yes.

That seems to be fine when I go inside the catalog.
But when I place something in my shopping cart, the total price in my cart is excl tax.
The prices on the products are ok.

What am I doing wrong on this?

Note; my webshop + settings are in Dutch.

well, the only wrongdoing I can see is, that you did not place a link to your shop.
Otherways, someone would possibly have replied already. But if it works, by
use of the OC DEFAULT Theme, then, you better get in tough with:
