Informations found at "order processed" should be editable by users:

* existing:
"Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days."

* should be:
"Your order has been successfully processed. Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days after the verification by email.

reason:
When an online order is being processed(Sale Order), It must be first verify his customer via email or phone call before processing the transaction for delivery. else, they will expect their orders within 2-5 working days without knowing it has a verification system. that is to ensure accountable transaction is made. automating it will be you much in danger from fraud acts.


* Off topic.. it should be better if theres a DR/RR(delivery/receiving receipt - system) in opencart. why is it important? in case of lost in delivery, or missing quantity when received, thats your only proof for it's records. to be able to identify / trace the target problem. if it can be targeted from opencart's product inventory database.(yet ofcourse, online business don't need accounting module for government's requirements).. this module (RR/DR) if we can put it as Mod or Integrated, that is absolutely just right.
