Different cash on delivery ammounts based on Postal Codes

Hey,
I use Advanced Shipping PRO for shipping methods. So i have some shipping methods with specific postal codes that have free shipping. I want to have free cash on delivery for the same postal codes. I use GOP Cash On Delivery and the basic charge for cash on delivery is 2 euro.
Any help?

You can use Restrict Payment Methods for that, and restrict the built-in Cash On Delivery payment method so it's only available to those postcodes. For example:

Name: Enable COD for 1000-1499 and 2000-2299
Payment Methods: COD
Rule: Postcode is 1000-1499, 2000-2299
