The information module is installed and information pages have been created and enabled. The links show up at in the footer but when I click the link, the page doesn't display. Any idea why that might be?
Is it showing a blank page or redirecting to Page not found page?

I think you have enabled SEO from the system.
Then find the .htaccess.txt file in the main directory. And change the name .htaccess
