I have a customer who lives in the Isle of Man, however, she can't checkout as no shipping method is available for her.
I have found that I have UK Shipping and UK VAT available as Shipping Zones, do I need to Create an International and a Europe as well to make the Isle of Man work?
The Royal Mail shipping module has Zones set as all Geo Zones
Need I say more ?

I know the Isle of Man is on there, but the customer from the Isle of Man can't get passed the shipping section of her order as it says there is no shipping method for her.
possibly, because you did not define a valid shipping Zone for the Biker Paradise...
