Different Options at Selected Option

Hello.

I have in shop a t-shirt with dimenstions:
S - M - L (select option list)

and colors:
RED - BLUE - WHITE (radio buttons list)

Let's say that for the dimension S i have only WHITE T-Shirts.

How i can do when the client select the dimension S, only the WHITE radio option to be available?

Have you number of product to do this or only one or two product

Ok so i can do the some custome code on that options so when you add that option to any product than it will work as you want
