same module showing twice in the modules settings admin

I have the same module showing twice in the admin extensions. It is the common problem of ebay listings.
Where are the hooks or entries for those modules.
I cannot uninstall them. and also not single disable them
How to get rid of both or at least one of those

well, it's probably just a leftover bunch of subs and files, from an older OC-Version,
wich you tried to 'newbie-upgrade', by just 'over-plastering' an existing installation.
Am right or am I right ?!
