How to hide flat rate in checkout cart?

Hi,
How can I hide flat rate fee in checkout cart please see attached file,
I just renamed it to cash on delivery due to I have GOP cod extensions
Im using OC v2.3 Journal theme

You can disable any shipping, payment or order total on corresponding pages in admin. See the menu to the left.

I dont want to disable it, I just want to hide it in checkout cart page, and also in mini cart in top
