Recent Activity Not Updating in Dashboard in 2.3.0.2

Just as the title says. Not updating under Customer Activity either. No sql errors. No errors in http log.

Any ideas?

are the orders in your database? I had a similar problem but it appears the order never got all the way through and left an error in the database in the order_history table. nothing in error logs or on screen.
looks like it might have something to do with using fraudlabs/maxmind for my problem anyways.

I have the same problem. Same thing in clean installation.
