SecureTrading orders in "missing orders"

I am having problems getting the orders with Securetrading to appear in the orders section in OC. The payment is being processed (I see transaction history on secure trading) and the site is working as expected. However, all orders are appearing under "missing" in Opencart.

I have followed the following guide:

Anyone know what is causing this?

To add to this I spoke to secure trading and they said they are seeing a 404 error saying the notification destination does not exist. I have installed opencart in the /shop part of my domain.

so the destination for notifications is http://nameofyourshop.com/shop/index.ph ... ing_pp/ipn

I see the index.php file there....

One other thought - I originally installed OC locally and then followed this guide to change the server of my webhosting:

Is it possible that something else need updating to stop orders defaulting to cancelled status and going in "missing orders"?
