well, Results will strongly depend on, what will be shown on a Shop Front Page, if one

I like GTMetrix, it's well 'detailled', when it comes to information, on, where to still have a
few breaks, and I use Pingom and Webpagetest as well, to get my round-up, from different points
of view. But I seldom test Front Pages, I test Category Pages, to get nice load results with a
performance-optimized amount of Products & Images+Sizes.
But your css-script-replacement line cost me exactly 1 percentage point at GTMetrix, for what reason ever.
I never seen this before, you may have some links on this matter !?
