Proforma invoice and invoice generator

Hello,

I can't seem to find a way (or extension) to generate proforma invoice which could be sent to client for pre-payment and then invoice which could be attached to order when I send it out. Both of these documents are the same, just need the main name change from proforma to simple invoice. Has anyone got an idea how to do that?
