postcode check module issue

Notice: Error: Could not load template C:/xampp/htdocs/upload/catalog/view/theme/default/template/default/template/hayer/pincode_check_form.tpl! in C:\xampp\htdocs\upload\system\storage\modification\system\library\template\basic.php on line 26

AFTER THIS ERROR, I checked the path 'default/template/default/template/hayer/pincode_check_form.tpl', which does not exist, So i created the directory "default/template"and put hayer folder in it, After that it worked but only when using default theme, not on custom Theme.

actually i am aware of a little bit of coding, so i thought i will get some guidance here
