Lapsed Customers - Customers who haven't bought in some time report? Extension?

I am trying to find an extension that will pull from the database customers who have not bought in the last xx Days.

xx= any time that I select.

For example:
I want to find customers who have not bought in the last 30 days or 60 days.

Anyone know of any extension or can build one?
