Install module on Mac via MAMP

Hi,

I'm using MAMP on a Mac, macOS Sierra. I'm having trouble installing extensions via the Extension Installer. I've enabled FTP in opencart and remote login on my Mac but I dont know what the FTP settings are.

Is anyone doing the same that could help me out. Alternativly is there a manual way to install extensions.
