Image Not Appearing after Selecting It

Version 2.0.1.1

In product>Image (the tab where you can add multiple images)

Click Add button.
Click the default image (OpenCart logo) in the image box
Click edit pencil
Locate and click on an image
No image appears in the image box

However, if I save the product before exiting and then revisit the product, the image is there, so perhaps there is a refresh problem when the image is selected?

Does anyone have any advice?
