Can I pay somebody to set up my site?

Hi there,

I stumbled across Ope Cart today and it looks great. However, I have no idea how to set it up.

Can you recommend somebody who can set it up for me for a fee? I would also need some advice on the best web hosting package to purchase for Open Cart.

Just realised that OpencartStore.com do this and have sent an enquiry to them, but if there is anyone in the UK who can help me out, I would be happy to hear from you.
