Hi guys,
My import/export tool was working before and then it stopped working and asks me to upgrade to the latest version V3.10 and after the upgrade I was able to download the CSV once and now its not working anymore and shows this error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
What can I do to fix this? Any information or sources will help greatly! Thanks!

Which Import/Export tool is this? You should ask the extension developer.

If you are talking about the free Export/Import tool, then please notice this:
It only supports XLSX, XLS, or ODS (the latter 2 only for imports). It does not support CSV format.
About your Internal Server 500 Error: Please get in touch with your webhost and ask them for a copy of the server's error.log for the exact time when this error occured. The error.log will contain more details, without which we won't be able to help you.

I am able to export XLSX spreadsheet file for categories, options, attribute, filter definitions and customers but NOT for Products (including product data, options, specials, discounts, rewards, attributes and filters).
Why do you think this is? I am wondering if it's because there's too many products and the website can't handle giving that data

Don't know, because you are jot giving us enough details. At the very least, tell us exactly what error messages you get in your Opencart error.log, or your server's error.log (ask webhost for the latter).vryannn wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2017 2:09 pmI am able to export XLSX spreadsheet file for categories, options, attribute, filter definitions and customers but NOT for Products (including product data, options, specials, discounts, rewards, attributes and filters).
