Access denied (FINISHED)

I need a help, after altering my .htaccess (added to work the browser cache), then activate the cache of my SEO module, update and I wanted to go to another area, I discover that I do not have permission to access in any area, Only on the control panel.

I already went to BD, verify my status (1) is correct, I removed all the cache, disable the cache module that I had activated, and nothing, I still without admin permission, what can I do?
