Hi is there the way to have payment for Mastercard and Visa but without third part service like PayPal or similar?

Yes and no. To accept card payments without any gateway you need to have a merchant account from Visa and Mastercard. But they will not give it to you.

Actually, any gateway like PayPal, Payoneer or any other. I use PayPal and pretty happy about it, but some local service might be better for you. There're tons of them nowadays in every country.
