Order Rounds / Order Cutoffs for certain delivery date

I'm new to opencart and not sure if I'm using the right lingo but would really appreciate the assistance.

I do custom rounds of fabric orders so order remains open for 2 weeks after which that round closes and starts the process of being designed and printed which takes 2 weeks. So when round 1 closes Round 2 orders opens the very next day and that then runs concurrently with Round 1 processing.

Is there a module that will allow me to load the dates of the rounds and specify which round is currently running and when it closes, and when delivery is to be expected.

Else what would a custom module like that cost? I have no programming experience so don't want to fiddle and break something.

Example: Round 3 Closes 24th February - Postage Date 13th March
Round 4 Orders open 25th February - Closes 10th March - Postage Date 27th March
