How can I Change the Information text
Itrayed to edit  /public_html/cart/catalog/template/default/content/informatin.tpl
and                /public_html/cart/catalog/template/default/module/information.tpl

but i didnt find any text

This one just provides the layout of any of the information pages.

and this one ....

              /public_html/cart/catalog/template/default/module/information.tpl

... determines which of the pre-set info pages are displayed in the Information menu (e.g. Contact Us, Site Map)

If you want to add new Information pages go to Admin -> Catalog -> Information.

Also, there is a language file in catalog -> language -> english -> controller -> information.php ..... but this only defines the error text to be displayed if a requested information page cannot be found.

The language file for the "Information" module is located at "(your store)/catalog/language/english/extension/module/information.php".

As for the text that is displayed on the Information page itself, this is extracted from the database.
