how to add a download product to existing user account ??

Hello, I tried to search for the solution but the words "add" "customer" "download" turn up a million things without resolve for this. I know it has got to be simple but I simply can not figure this out. I have been in the database for 2 hours, testing things. No luck yet...

Here's what I am trying to do in case I was not clear in the subject line:
I have several customers that have bought a download-able product from me via Email.
Now I am opening an opencart store to continue the selling of this product, more easily.
I would like for my existing customers to make an account in this store so that I can alter their account to have the download available to them.

Simpler terms;
After someone makes an account, how can I "give" or "add" a download-able product to their account ?

Not easily possible yet. In the next version I will be adding the ability for Admins to add manual orders to customer accounts. I will try to have the download adding there as well.

In the meantime, you could use my master password mod (search forums), then log in as the customer and purchase the product that has the download associated with it using a no-pay option like COD (enable it only for that moment). Then it will be added. Then disable the COD payment and back to business as usual

Manual download entry to an existing user account/order would be great. Sometimes, I'd like to put in something extra for my customers as a way of saying thanks.

I don't mind paying for this module if I need to.
