Newsletters for O.C. 2.1.0.1

Hello.
I have installed this "Newsletters" module:
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=23078
It shows in "Admin", I can access it, but the problem is on the front-end when I enter an email and click "Sign-up" nothing happens.
If I leave the email field blank and hit "Sign-up", I get the alert "Please enter a valid email".
I would appreciate any help.
