How to edit text on the SPECIALS page?

Hi, I have OpenCart 2.302. Everything working great, just wonder how to edit the text that appears when I use the SPECIALS module. I want add some text, and remove the links surrounded in red. How do I do that?

I am also using the Journal theme.

That is the account module on the specials page, but looks broken.. like the css isn't working correctly
You can remove that account module in the Admin -> Design -> Layouts area. For specials, remove the account module

Hey! thanks so much for the information. Any ideas on how to fix the CSS sheets? My first thought is the OC Journal theme?
