Problem with errors after installing support tickets

I purchased Ticket system Pro but I get the following errors and its not working properly.

It lacks some features and where to place the support ticket so Im thinking this is related.
Any help is appreciated.

I did. He just responded the bottom errors are his but was fixed in current version to download that and install. The other errors (first block) he said arent from his module but I didnt have those prior. So any help with the top errors would be appreciated.

I updated the module and all the features work, bottom errors are gone but now Im still stuck with errors from top section.

It's hard to say, what exactly is wrong. But these errors don't break your functionality, just ignore them. These are notices, not errors, they don't do any harm.
