I have no rights (top admin)

I have no rights. I have checked the user group rights, some boxes are not checked, but when i check them, and i save.. i see 'you have no rights'. Tried adding the rights via database. This works but when i save, again... no rights. I cannot edit shop settings, and more. I saw different posts about this issue, but no fix works for me. I now have the latest version of opencart (2.3.0.2)

Did you try after checking all permission in your user group?
