Design Layouts Route?

I am struggling with a simple little problem. Its about the design layout routs.

OK, when I want to add HTML content to category, I use the given category layout with route product/category. But the HTML content shows in all the top categories.

But now I want to insert HTML content in one specific top category. What will my route be? Lets say the top category's name is "Steel Connectors". I tried product/category/steel_connectors, but its not correct.

Can someone please help me with this?

Create a new layout in Design -> Layouts

Give it a name - e.g. Steel Connectors

Don't give it any route

Just add the modules in the positions you want them.

Save it

Edit your Steel Connectors category

On the Design tab, choose your newly created Steel Connectors Layout
