Error message on Checkout (Delivery Method)

Hi all,

I keep getting this error message when I try and check out. I seem to have set all the relevant Shipping Extensions.

if you recently upgraded your website, delete the directory admin/model/shipping since the directory have been moved to admin/model/extension/shipping
